The Nubeans

Nubeans are human beings that do not replace their injured organs with biomechanical ones, not even with transplants. Their medicine is so advanced that they can regenerate or repair most parts of the human body to recover from an accident or a disease. They never permanently connect to mechanical or electronic devices, such as eletrotelepathic transmitters. For some, they incarnate the ideal of human purity, because they are not corrupted by the kingdom of the anomata, of those beings made out of parts.
