This is not a trivial question. We are movie makers, we love shooting with real people, with camera operators, lightning designers, art directors, actors. The thrill of a shoot is just amazing. However, there are two fundamental reasons why this project is based on generative AI tools.

The first reason is that at this point in time, as we start, we have no financial support to even attempt to do anything else. We have produced, with our own resources, all of our work so far (Tantú FIlms and Amorfos.org) and that is no small deed. But One thing is to produce a short film or even a Web Series consisting of short episodes, and a very different story is to produce what should in time become an eight or ten season super production series. With AI, at least we can get started,

The second reason, however, is that the scenarios and sets that are waiting for us as the story unfolds, are so fantastic, so absolutely new to the world of fiction, that, in order to preserve creative freedom, only computer generated images will come to the rescue. Even if we had a big studio behind us, we will still use large amount of AI generated footage in order to complete the project.

We dream of the day when that happens, when we are working in a full team of creative humans and computer generated images are just a part of the project. Until then we will be producing all of the footage using artificial intelligence.

After all, this novel is about intelligent, conscious automata who live along immortal humans.
